Hey everyone. I just would love to say this place has changed my life a ton! First off the trainers here are the real deal! 100% motivating as well as very kind. When I started this school.. I was a bit shy yet very excited to see what they have to offer. First thing was they talked to me about what my goals are then helped me with an easy to follow diet.. which I don’t really consider a diet because it’s still filled with everything I usually eat anyways.. like rice ^_^.

I weighed in at 225 with 23.5% body fat. I followed the diet and did both kickboxing and Krav classes and my weight just slipped off. The workouts are intense, challenging but you start too naturally get very good at them when you keep doing it over and over. The routines change so it’s always different. After you finish class.. you feel sore!!! But SO good. Can’t get that at a regular gym.

Today I weigh in 194 and about 17.5% body fat. The people I’ve met are awesome and you considered everyone family. They also help you push through class. So honestly if your thinking of changing your fitness life... give it a shot because this place can do it. I’m proof. Thanks guys!!! 👊🏻

I been coming to this gym for a few years and it has absolutely changed my life! I love it so much, I can't get enough. So family oriented, my kid just joined today. When you feel welcomed at a gym, you feel at home and you want to keep coming back. Krav Maga is life changing! It's so good for all ages and sizes, women and men. Let's just say I feel a little safer out in the world. Brock and Camilla are amazing instructors and really care about their members and help us improve and get stronger. Their fitness program is just as amazing, I've lost more than 20 lbs and they've even helped me with my eating habits too! When a gym is really serious with helping you get healthier and truly wants to see you push to be your best, you know you're in the right place.
